The commissioning took place on Wednesday July 7th 2010 at the Ministry of Lands and Survey offices in Makurdi. Sivan Design was honored by the personal participation of his Excellency Governor Gabriel Suswam, his Excellency Deputy Governor Chief Steven Lawani, and Land commissioner Surveyor John Tondu.<\/p>\n<p>Sivan Design\u2019s Chief Operations Manager, Mr. Yoav Vered, gave an onsite demonstration of BenLIMS features and capabilities to the Governor, his delegations and all invitees. The BenLIMS system is based on Sivan Design\u2019s GeoERP solution. Its main goals are to offer the state an easier management solution for cadastre and land properties, to shorten land registration and ownership processes including the ability to issue formal Certificates of Ownership (C of O), and to allow better taxation and billing processes in order to increase state\u2019s income and prosperity.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is of great honor for Sivan Design to take part in another successful step towards the Land for Every Nigerian vision that started with the commissioning of FELIS (Federal Land Information System) and is followed by different states of the federation.&#8221;
