This was achieved with a computerized information system for Land and Property Administration.<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h3>Description of the services provided<\/h3>\n<p>The project included many activities and services all of which were provided by Sivan Design:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Infrastructure<\/strong> network and internet<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hardware<\/strong> equipment including servers, desktops, scanners, printers and peripherals<\/li>\n<li><strong>Software<\/strong> Land and Property System which includes a customized billing system<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data gathering and processing <\/strong>including the extraction of data from all existing land records, C of O\u2019s, Leases granted, all primary and secondary transactions on land, including valuation reports, compensation assessment, cadastral survey, maps, etc and their conversion into digital format to be stored in the system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implementation and integration<\/strong> of the system in daily work<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training and support<\/strong> of relevant personnel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance<\/strong> routine and ongoing support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1164 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sivandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/kwara_001.jpg\" alt=\"kwara_001\" width=\"520\" height=\"390\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sivandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/kwara_001.jpg 520w, https:\/\/sivandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/kwara_001-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 520px) 100vw, 520px\" \/><br \/>\nKwara GIS administration office<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The system was developed and deployed by Sivan Design using the most advanced technologies and infrastructure.
